You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance, subject to completion of wagering requirements for active bonuses. In the event of termination, all pending bets will be settled according to established rules, and your available balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.
